Who do YOU workout for?!

BOD= taking your workout wherever your life takes you.
WHY do I workout?!
Because it makes me FEEL good! I NEED to be strong for my family; they need too see me taking time for ME so that I can take care of THEM.
I spent way to much of my teens and 20s working out to look like someone else or to reach a number on a scale. Thanks to becoming a Momma and growing myself I've realized none of that s**t matters anymore. It never did.
I no longer care about a number or compare myself to others. I'm ME and all that matters is working on making ME the best I can be.
Life is too short for anything else
