Swiss Oats

This is one my favorite recipes to make overnight oatmeal!
And the fact that its all ready to go in the morning is even more convenient...no excuse to not eat breakfast in the morning!


SWISS OATS (from the cookbook FIXATE)

1/2 cup rolled oats/instant oats
3/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped berries (or any other fruit to your liking!)
1/4 cup banana
12 raw almonds-chopped

1. place oats, 1/2 cup**** almond milk, yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon in bowl, mix well. Soak, covered, in the refrigerator overnight. 

2. In morning add remaining 1/4 cup milk (if you want, sometimes I don't have too!) mix well

3. Top with fruit and almonds, Enjoy!
